Welcome to the days of the young and convicted. Where integrity and honesty are key and things are not always what they seem to be. Today I want to give a brief explanation on why I am serving 21 months. Nowdays dating is getting complicated. You never know if he or she is what they say they are. Even with ID you never know anymore. In my case she turned out to be 17 and I was 25 at the time. I was convicted of statutory rape. The legal term is rape III. I was given zero-tolerance probation. I've been a parent since I was 18 years old and I have no history of drugs, domestic violence, abuse or any criminal activity. I pride myself in being a good father and partner. The state brought me up on charges that were nothing more, then spanking my children for disciplinary actions. There were no marks or bruises, nor was it excessive force. The only reason I ended up here, was I had a 21 month suspended sentence and zero-tolerance probation from my last case. I was convicted of assault three and criminal mistreatment.

A true test of a man is adversity. I hope with the facts of my situation you can look beyond this adversity and see my true colors I've had a hard time meeting new people because of this and finding someone to enjoy life with, well any of you won the lottery lately! I've put this behind and now look towards the future, I hope you can to.

Physically and as a man I take pride in myself. I am down home and cowboy all the way. I was raised by hard work and yes sir and yes maam. Though I may look like a rocker, with some hippie and a little biker my heart will forever bleed country. Picture me as Tim McGraw meets Rob Zombie. As to romance, love and how to's on treating a woman right. I pride myself in being a ladies man.
